一、選用電能表,具體要考慮哪些因素呢?
1、環(huan)境氣候特(te)征,我(wo)們國家幅員遼闊(kuo),東南西北氣候條件(jian)大不(bu)相(xiang)同。所以,在我(wo)們選購電能(neng)表時,首先要考慮它(ta)的使用(yong)地點和(he)使用(yong)環(huan)境,最高溫度(du)、最低溫度(du)、相(xiang)對濕度(du)、海(hai)拔(ba)高度(du)等等,超出了使用(yong)范(fan)圍,電能(neng)表就不(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常工作,或者(zhe)說計量精(jing)度(du)就會大打(da)折扣(kou)。
2、工作電(dian)壓和(he)工作電(dian)流,一(yi)般家(jia)庭用電(dian),電(dian)壓就是(shi)(shi)交(jiao)流220V、頻率(lv)是(shi)(shi)50Hz,電(dian)流要(yao)(yao)按照(zhao)使用的具體情(qing)況來(lai)確定。假如是(shi)(shi)一(yi)臺集中空調,功率(lv)是(shi)(shi)5kW,電(dian)流大(da)約是(shi)(shi)22.5A,那么,我們選擇電(dian)能表(biao)的電(dian)流最(zui)小也要(yao)(yao)25A。如果是(shi)(shi)住(zhu)宅,可以按照(zhao)60-80W/平(ping)米(mi)估算,100平(ping)米(mi)的房(fang)子,功率(lv)大(da)約就是(shi)(shi)6-8kW,電(dian)流大(da)約是(shi)(shi)27A-36A。
二、電能表出現故障(zhang)怎么解(jie)決?
1.接線盒內(nei)出現燒焦糊味
解決方(fang)法:表盤下端的膠(jiao)木(mu)接線盒(he)內產生(sheng)燒(shao)焦(jiao)糊味(wei),主要有兩方(fang)面的原因:
①在安(an)裝或更換電(dian)路導線(xian)時(shi),盒(he)(he)內的(de)固定螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲未擰(ning)緊,當電(dian)器用電(dian)負荷增(zeng)大時(shi),螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲住因接觸不(bu)良發熱,燒壞膠木盒(he)(he)并伴發焦糊味。解(jie)決的(de)方法很簡單,取下(xia)膠木接線(xian)蓋后拉下(xia)總閘刀,將電(dian)源(yuan)導線(xian)全部拆下(xia),重新(xin)用刀將線(xian)頭殘留(liu)物刮干凈,裝入(ru)接線(xian)柱內,擰(ning)緊全部螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲即可(ke)排(pai)除故障。
②從(cong)(cong)室內接(jie)(jie)(jie)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao)的(de)導線(xian)質量差,引(yin)起銅(tong)柱與(yu)導線(xian)間產生(sheng)氧化層(特別(bie)是(shi)安裝(zhuang)在環境潮(chao)濕,不(bu)通風處的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能表(biao)(biao)容易產生(sheng)此(ci)類問題),從(cong)(cong)而增大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)使接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸(chu)點發熱(re)而損(sun)壞接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒。這(zhe)時(shi)應(ying)徹(che)底清(qing)除接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒內的(de)油污及時(shi)更換導線(xian)。有(you)(you)時(shi)當用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備超過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao)實際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)時(shi),不(bu)僅(jin)接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒會損(sun)壞,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao)也有(you)(you)可能被強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)擊(ji)毀,所(suo)以當發現表(biao)(biao)的(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)與(yu)實際(ji)所(suo)用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)負荷相差很(hen)大時(shi),應(ying)錯開使用時(shi)間或(huo)更換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao),以防電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao)被擊(ji)毀或(huo)發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)火災(zai)。
2.空(kong)載時自行(xing)轉動
解決(jue)方法(fa):電(dian)(dian)表(biao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)空(kong)載時(shi)會自行(xing)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)即住宅內(nei)的所有用(yong)電(dian)(dian)設備及照明(ming)(ming)燈具都未使用(yong),而表(biao)的鋁(lv)盤(pan)仍在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)或慢(man)慢(man)運行(xing)。一般來說,當電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓為額定值的80%~110%時(shi),電(dian)(dian)表(biao)鋁(lv)盤(pan)的轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)不(bu)會超(chao)過1圈屬于正(zheng)常(chang)范圍(即轉盤(pan)順時(shi)針方向轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一圈),但(dan)若鋁(lv)盤(pan)微微轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)不(bu)止,則說明(ming)(ming)電(dian)(dian)表(biao)線路有漏電(dian)(dian)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai),應請電(dian)(dian)工檢查處理。如果沒(mei)有漏電(dian)(dian)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai),就是電(dian)(dian)表(biao)自身的故障(zhang),應及時(shi)送電(dian)(dian)力部(bu)門檢修或換新表(biao)。
3.運行時產生“吱吱”響(xiang)聲
解決(jue)方法:電(dian)(dian)能表在運行時,有輕微的“嗡嗡”聲(sheng),屬于正(zheng)常現象。但如(ru)果(guo)表內產生(sheng)不規則的雜(za)亂(luan)“吱吱”響(xiang)聲(sheng),則是表內部(bu)的某些(xie)配件(jian)老化、電(dian)(dian)磁場部(bu)分元(yuan)件(jian)松動(dong)或轉動(dong)齒輪缺油等原因(yin)所引起。應送電(dian)(dian)力部(bu)門檢(jian)驗并更換易損配件(jian)。有時,電(dian)(dian)表嚴重超負(fu)荷運行,也會產生(sheng)不規則的響(xiang)聲(sheng),應及時關閉部(bu)分電(dian)(dian)源,以防損壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)表。
